This is a bit of a unique boning knife.  It features a heavily curved, flexible tip, a wide, rigid belly, and comfortable, yet elegant, handle.  The blade’s profile and geometry afford it the ability to not only access tight spaces within a piece of meat, but also step up and do the heavy lifting when need be.

This knife is crafted from 440C stainless steel for a great combination of corrosion resistance, flexibility, and edge retention.  The handle is crafted from a beautiful piece of dyed spalted maple burl affixed to the full tang construction with copper pins for a durable yet beautiful finished piece.
