Surprisingly lightweight for it’s size, this robust blade can accomplish any task thrown at it in the kitchen, and look great doing it. The blade is crafted from mirror finished Nitro-V for excellent corrosion resistance, durability, and sharpness with a buffalo horn bolster and a spalted maple burl handle. The accompanying saya is made of maple burl with an ebony retaining pin. Together the two pieces present a refined yet functional package.
