Warranty on Culinary Knives

We stand behind our blades 100%.  These products are intended to be functional tools and we strive to make each piece as perfect as possible.  We warrant that this product is free of defects in materials and workmanship.  We do our best to provide you with a beautiful quality item, but if there are any defects in workmanship please reach out to Keaton directly at [email protected].

These items are tools and tools experience wear and tear; this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, resharpening, damage caused by neglect or misuse, or disassembly.  Anything can fail or break if it is treated improperly, please do not use these products inappropriately.  No knife should be used as an axe, hatchet, screwdriver, or prybar.

Dishwasher Policy

These items are required to be WASHED BY HAND ONLY, they are NOT dishwasher safe.

Proper washing procedure is as follows:

  • Hand wash only
  • Dry immediately after use

Damage can and will occur if you put your blade through the dish washer.  If you put your knife through the dishwasher I can fix it, but there is a $100 repair fee, and you must pay postage to both return the knife to me and my return postage fee to you.
