Description
This petty knife combines a utilitarian blade with an elegant, organic handle. This knife is the perfect in between size, ideal for those times that a full sized chef knife is too big and a paring knife just isn’t enough.
The knife is crafted from 440C stainless steel for great corrosion resistance. The handle is made of walnut, with a soapstone stripe accented in brass. The handle is mechanically joined to the blade with a matching brass pin.
